If ever was a post that proved that I am a woman not afraid to make a fool of herself in the name of
money fun, then this is it.
Now probably there would be a few of you who wouldn’t fancy the idea of sharing videos of yourself dancing, but really, when you stop to think about it, why the hell not? What exactly are you thinking that people will see that they don’t see every day? Not keen on a close up of your bottom? I hate to tell you, but everyone can see your bottom all of the time. It’s just that it’s behind you, so you forget about it.
Embrace it! Flaunt that bum! Celebrate the fact that you’re alive and can dance around your living room should you want to.
My incredibly accomplished dancing isn’t just for fun though, it’s to let you know about a competition from OVO Energy where you can win a custom onesie by sharing your own super cool dance moves. A onesie is just the thing for throwing some shapes at home over the winter. It doesn’t even matter if you’re a little bit shy – why not just take a little video of your feet getting jiggy? All you have to do to enter is to pop your clip on Instagram or with OVO Energy on Twitter and use the hashtag #ShakeItOVO.
It’s that easy guys. What are you waiting for? That snuggly onesie could be yours in return for just a few seconds of dancing fun. Go on! Do it now! I’ll wait.
Here’s a little bit more inspiration just in case you were too chicken…
Seriously, I am just TOO COOL. It’s a bit of a shame that I accidentally focussed the camera on the pile of dirty washing on my kitchen floor, but there you are, I’m keeping it real. Who wants to be doing laundry when you could be dancing in front of your Christmas tree?
Not me, clearly.
And not James.
James is dancing in celebration of the fact that he has the OVO Energy Smart pay as you go plan. With Smart PAYG+ you can top up your pre-pay meter anytime, anywhere – simply go online or tap the app to avoid the hassle of going to the shops. (And putting clothes on.) Good news for James, and for you if you’re on a pay as you go plan, as it means you can stay at home, in the warm, and dance in your pants, should you feel so inclined.
Just be grateful I did my dance in more than just my pants. That would not have been a pretty sight.
If you use energy on a pay as you go basis then do have a look at OVO Energy. (I have been a customer for the last couple of years and am genuinely really happy with them.) And of course, don’t forget to enter the competition! Terms apply, full details here. You can also check out OVO Energy on Facebook for all the latest news and giveaways.
