Thanks for taking out the offer. Quite often (and in this case) the cashback is recorded at a lower amount at first. But will uplift to the amount advertised when your cashback becomes payable. You will certainly get the £9.99 when it arrives at payable status after 7 days.
There’s a note about this on the offer page but I can understand there’s a lot to read there and we need to make it more prominent on the page.
